

Ms. Pavlik is a Springfield native who has also practiced law
in Dallas, Texas. She is admitted to practice law in Texas and
Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ms.
Pavlik received a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting
with highest honors from the University of Texas at Austin.
She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame
Law School where she served as Senior Editor of the Notre Dame
Law Review and was a Kiley Scholar.

Ms.
Pavlik began her practice at the preeminent Texas law firm Baker
& Botts. She then worked at national law firm Arter &
Hadden before joining a small group of attorneys in forming
a boutique practice in Dallas. She returned to Springfield in
1998 to join Delano Law Offices. Her practice has focused on
planning for families, including wills, trust agreements, powers
of attorney, the formation of entities, including corporations,
partnerships, and limited liability companies, the management
and transfer of business entities, shareholder agreements, buy-sell
agreements, estate and trust administration, including the preparation
and audit of estate and gift tax returns, fiduciary litigation,
probate matters, and advising individual and corporate fiduciaries.

Ms.
Pavlik is a past Chairperson of the Illinois State Bar Association
Federal Taxation Section Council and the Sangamon Valley Estate
Planning Council. She is or has been a board member of many
Springfield community organizations, including the Springfield
Old Capitol Art Fair (Chair 2008), Ursuline Academy (Chair 2001-2003),
Catholic Charities, Blessed Sacrament Parish Finance Council,
and Illinois Women in Leadership.

Ms.
Pavlik has lectured at many legal seminars and various group
meetings in Texas and Illinois, including a seminar sponsored
by the Illinois State Treasurer's Advisory Board for Women's
Issues. She is a legal columnist for the Springfield Business
Journal.

Ms.
Pavlik was named a Security Bank Woman of Influence in 2007
and one of Springfield's Forty Under 40 business and community
leaders in 2000.
