Mr. Lawley concentrates his practice in business, estate, transportation and administrative law. He regularly represents clients in various matters before the Illinois Commerce Commission, Department of Revenue, Department of Transportation, Illinois Court of Claims and other State agencies. He is a former Assistant States Attorney, Chief Legal Counsel for the Illinois Department of Natural Resources and President of the Sangamon County Bar Association. With over 35 years of private practice experience, he has handled numerous Trial and Appellate Court cases.
