Sarah Delano Pavlik

Ms. Pavlik is a Springfield native who is admitted to practice law in Illinois and Texas and is an Illinois registered Certified Public Accountant.  She is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Ms. Pavlik's practice includes sophisticated estate planning, advising family businesses, marital property agreements ("prenups"), advising not-for-profits, estate and trust administration, trust and estate litigation and advising individual and corporate trustees.

Ms. Pavlik began her practice at the preeminent Texas law firm Baker & Botts.  She practiced in Dallas for several years before returning to Springfield in 1999 to join her family's law firm.  Since returning to Springfield, she has been active in the legal and non-profit communities.  You can read her legal columns in the Springfield Business Journal and here.
